Time to Pay Those Dues! 01/01/12 3:40 PM
It is that time of the year again, time to pay your homeowners association dues! Your dues help pay for all of the expenses for the homeowners association (sign repair, lawn maintenance, electricity, new lights, postage...).

Failure to pay your dues for an extended period of time will cost more in the long run. Legal action will be taken against you and you will be responsible for legal fees on top of your late dues.

Avoid those fees and help to keep the association running smoothly, pay on time.
